REGULATIONS


House Rules

Fishing on our lake is permitted with a sport fishing (CATCH & RELEASE) approach, meaning all caught fish must be gently released back into the water after disinfection!

Fishing is only allowed with a valid state fishing license or a tourist state fishing permit!

The entire area of the lake is monitored by security cameras, so please keep this in mind when visiting us!

We do not take responsibility for any accidents or material damages! Everyone is on the premises strictly at their own risk!

Littering is strictly prohibited! Do not discard cigarette butts, and ensure you leave no trash behind at the end of your fishing session!


For Chalet Rentals

Our chalets can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

We provide sheets, small pillows, and light blankets for the beds. However, bed covers and bathroom towels are not provided!

It is strictly forbidden to damage or drill into the piers associated with the chalets in any way!

Throwing wet wipes into the toilet is PROHIBITED!

On the day of departure, the inflatable boat and one pair of oars provided with the chalet must be cleaned and securely stored next to the pier.

Before leaving, please ensure that no personal belongings or food and drinks are left in the refrigerator.

Upon departure, dispose of your trash in one of the large bins located at the main entrance.

Please leave the accommodation as clean as possible!


Fishing Regulations

Voluntary marking, mutilating, or improper handling of fish will result in an immediate BAN from our lake!

The use of disinfectant, a cradle, and a large landing net is mandatory!

Fish should be photographed, measured, and gently released back into the water as quickly as possible.

The use of boats, bait boats, and radars is allowed!

Only micro barb or barb-less hooks are allowed!

The use of braided line is PROHIBITED, except for hair rigs with a maximum length of 20-40 cm!

Only tackle that ensures the lead will fall freely in the event of line breakage is permitted!

Only one hook per fishing rod is allowed!

If you wish to mark a spot, please use a buoy, which is easily removeable!

For baiting, use boiled seeds, boilies, or pellets!


For Predatory Fish Fishing

Only fish caught from our lake can be used as bait!

Storing or tying up fish is strictly PROHIBITED!

The use of a cutting hook is PROHIBITED!

After fishing, all accessories (buoys, stakes, ropes fixed to reed beds, breaking lines, dropped weights in the water) must be removed!

Catfishing is only allowed with suitable equipment, and a maximum of two single hooks per rig is permitted!

Treble hooks are only allowed on factory-mounted lures (such as wobblers, spoons), but are PROHIBITED on rigs!
